LOCKDOWN 3 - REDUCED SERVICE
In light of the increasing severity of the pandemic in England, and reports of the struggles the NHS is facing we have taken another difficult decision to further reduce our operations until further notice, in order to keep our staff and volunteers as safe as possible and further limit the risk of Covid transmission within our community.
We will be running a skeleton staff to fulfil the commitments we’ve already made to our customers. This includes collecting waste wood from customer sites and completing orders customers have already made.
Shop - pause to remote sales/deliveries:
We will pause our remote order and delivery service for a minimum of two weeks. If you’ve already ordered from us, we'll deliver to you as agreed. If you've emailed us, but not had a response yet, we’ll hold on to your email and get in touch as soon as we have a better idea of when we’ll be able to resume this service.
Workshop
Our workshop team will complete any existing orders. If you’ve already ordered an item from our workshop, we’ll do our utmost to complete your order by the agreed completion date, subject to issues outside our control. As usual, please send any enquiries to workshop@bwrp.org.uk .
Collections
Our collections service is continuing where safe to do so. Service requests and new enquiries should be sent to collections@bwrp.org.uk

About us
Bristol Wood Recycling Project is a social enterprise working to benefit community and environment, transforming waste into shared assets through our inclusive volunteering program. Our operation self-
finances by providing a competitive wood waste collection service, timber yard for trade and public, and a wood workshop in which volunteers learn to produce bespoke furniture to order.
