WHAT & HOW WE COLLECT

Our collections team will collect any kind of wood. This can be pallets, dimensional timber, plywood, OSB and MDF, as well as wooden furniture and household wood waste. We can make collections of pallets, timber, or a mixture of the two.

Our collections are made by hand, with 1 member of staff and 1 or 2 volunteers. We load by hand to ensure we can get on as much as possible, and by minimising air gaps we can ensure an accurate price reading. Our caged vans can hold up to 16 cubic yards of timber, though it is worth noting that we may reach our weight limit of 3.5t before the cage is completely full.

Collections outside of the Bristol area may have an additional £35 distance charge added before VAT, however you will be informed of this before the collection is made by one of our collections staff.
