WORKSHOP TEAM MEMBER

A Note on the Application Process

We know the application process is a bit clunky at the moment—there are quite a few documents, and it’s more formal than we’d like it to be. What matters most is hearing from you: who you are, what you care about, and what you’d bring to the role.

If you'd prefer to have the forms emailed to you directly or need any help with the process, just let us know. We’re also happy to have a chat before you apply—about the role, the team, or whether this might be the right fit.

📩 Email recruitment@bwrp.org.uk or call us on 0117 329 4319.

Bristol Wood Recycling Project (BWRP) is looking for a new Workshop Team Member to join our vibrant co-operative.

The role sits within our workshop team, which transforms reclaimed wood into high-quality furniture and products. You’ll support the day-to-day running of our busy workshop: helping with carpentry production, supervising volunteers, maintaining tools and machinery, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and well-organised space.

This is a hands-on, practical role with lots of variety, ideal for someone with experience in carpentry or making, who enjoys working in a values-driven team.
