Who We Are

Here's who we are...meet the Team - now a Workers Co-Operative:

Celine - workshop assistant (temporary from 11 June 2012 to mid-Jan 2013)
Hugh - collections driver
Jon - new business & collections manager, and driver
Matthew - finance enforcer, office, IT & sweeper
Neil - now workshop manager
Yasmine - volunteering manager

Note: BWRP joint founder Ben Moss no longer works at the project, but remained a director until the end of 2011, dedicating 1 or 2 days a week voluntarily to the project. In early 2012 Ben left the UK on an international journey in search of the perfect wood.

At BWRP's AGM on 14 December 2011, the necessary changes were agreed to restructure BWRP. All staff are now members of a Workers Co-operative and are becoming directors of the BWRP Board. Over time we will be looking for upto 3 supportive individuals to co-opt onto the Board as 'voting' directors, along with a number of non-voting 'Advisors' to the Board (we have already appointed an HR Advisor). We have also registered our Workers Co-op as members of Co-Operatives UK. Welcome to our brave new world!
